Being on the internet we are open 24/7/365 and available via email
at any time, but take phone enquiries or
appointments between 7am-7pm.
Are your autographs real authentic signatures or print signatures?
All AussieAutographs are one off original hand signed autographs.
We strictly do not sell photocopied, reproduced or print signatures.
What proof do you offer your Autographs are authentic?
AussieAutographs issue a signed COA Certificate of Authenticity on all
autographed items declaring the purchased autograph is an original
hand signed autograph. AussieAutographs 100% Guarantees all
autographs are 100% Authentic. AussieAutographs is the source of all
items we sell.
Will my item being fully
insured?
Yes, all items are fully insured for the total purchase price at no
expense to you. Items under $100 are sent normal mail via
Australia Post and are insured for the total purchase price.
Items over $100 are sent Registered Mail via Australia Post and will
require a signature to collect. These items are also insured for
the total purchase price. AussieAutographs pays all postage
What happens if my item is damaged by
Australia Post?
The greatest of care is taken with packaging to ensure a safe arrival
for all items. Should
damage be incurred, AussieAutographs will lodge a Claim with Australia
Post for a full refund. All Australian Orders over $100 are posted
Free Registered Post, and are Items under $100 are free regular post.
All Items are Fully insured for the total purchase price.
What are your payment
methods?
AussieAutographs accepts
Credit Card via Paypal, Commonwealth Bank Deposit, Australian Money
Order, or Cash for pick ups or sent registered mail.
Can I request a specific Item?
Although we do not fill specific orders,
should we have an item
in stock that is requested we can add it to our online store ready
